So my stay was fine. But then I booked the boat to Siem Reap. (Watch my words: TO Siem Reap) the boat dropped us off more than 45 minutes away from Siem Reap in the middle of nowhere. We were forced to take a tuktuk which took us one hour and another 8 dollars on top of the 30 dollars we paid for the boat TO Siem Reap. When I called the hostel and confronted them they told me I should have ‘read the email’ what email? I booked at the counter. Then they just hung up on me. Not a good service!

Not a good experience here. The bedroom was really dirty. There were a lot of stains on the bedsheets. Also, several kids and adults of the staff were screaming in our corridor in the middle of the night. Staff is terrible. They just want to sell tours and they dont care about your interests. They are also very unrespectful towards their tuktuk drivers. But if you decide to stay here and want to do a tour with tuktuk, you should definitely ask for Samnang, he is such a friendly and good driver.

It's really far from the center and to walk alone the dark streets at night it's not recommend. Staff didn't speak English very well. Overall okay but wouldn't go back there.
