We offer both **Refundable** and **Non-Refundable** rates:

- **Non-Refundable Rates:** Payment is required at the time of booking. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or changes.

- **Refundable Rates:** Payment is due no later than 14 days before arrival. We will charge it in the card you used for booking, and in case of failure we will contact you. If after 24 hours you didn´t provide a new card, we may cancel the booking. If you cancel your reservation within the free cancellation period, you will receive a full refund.

**Cancellation Policy:**
- For refundable rates, you may cancel your reservation up to 14 days before your arrival without penalty.
- For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, you will be charged for the first night of your stay.
- In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full balance of your stay.
- The cancellation policy does not apply to non-refundable rates.

**Check-In:**
- Check-in is available after 16:00 (4pm local time).
- You must complete the pre-arrival registration process to receive your door code. Please refer to your confirmation email for instructions on how to register your photo ID before arrival.
- Early check-in requests can be made separately and are subject to availability.

**Check-Out:**
- Check-out is by 11:00am.

**Additional Information:**
- Unfortunately, we do not offer luggage storage at the hostel, but there are storage facilities located within a 7-10 minute walk.
