Accommodation options:

Shared dormitories: mixed or women-only, each bunk bed comes with a privacy curtain, power outlet, and lockers for your belongings.
Private rooms: enjoy more privacy with an included bathroom.

For digital nomads, we offer a coworking space equipped with WiFi, desks, and comfortable chairs. Additionally, our guest kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator so you can prepare your own meals.

Cancellation policy:

Non-Refundable Rate Plan:
* Travelers who cancel at any time, including no-shows, will be charged 100% of the reservation amount. This policy applies from the moment the reservation is made and cannot be altered or refunded under any circumstances.

Flexible Rate Plan:
* No penalty: Travelers who cancel 48 hours or more before 2:00 PM CST on the day of check-in will not be charged any fees.
* Late Cancellation Fee: Travelers who cancel less than 48 hours before 2:00 PM CST on the day of check-in, including no-shows, will be charged one night plus taxes.

General:
24 hour Reception.

Small pets are allowed only in private rooms. Your stay may have an additional cost. The guest must bring a bed for the pet since it can't sleep in the hostel bed. The pet must not represent a risk to any guest and must have its leash at all moments in shared spaces.
The guest is 100% responsible for attending to the needs of their pets.

The entry of minors is not allowed. The only access is for those over 18 years of age.
