Viajero Puerto Escondido Hostel

I never give 10 stars, but this place is so good. There are events from Maria (our lovely party girl) and Esteban (the great bartender) every night, and that really contributes to the fact that this hostel is the easies I've ever had to make friends. Every other day I feel like everyone I knew left but without knowing it I already made a few new friends. It is very social and even when I had to move (because it was full and I couldn't extend it) it is still open to hang out and meet people. The place is cl

Good staff and decent pool. But a bit overpriced for what it is and not much atmosphere. Nearby hostels like Che and Bonita are better. The pub crawl is terribly set up logistically so is a total waste of money for what you get and how fast you have to chug all your drinks in 2 hours to make it to all the spots before the bars close at 11 pm

There was a strange vibe to this place. When we arrived, everyone seemed passed out around the pool and we thought it must have been a heavy night the night before - we weren’t really looking for a party place. The room was fine and the bunks were good as they were pretty private. We went to the evening drinks and it seems very cliquey. There’s a nice coworking space where you can relax and it’s not too far from the beach, but far from the rest of PE. Probably wouldn’t stay here again
