Cancellation policy: 24hs before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 20:00.
Check out before 11:00.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.

Nawal Hostel in Santa Cruz La Laguna biedt een rustig toevluchtsoord met ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Gasten houden van het dakterras met prachtige uitzichten en de goed uitgeruste keuken. Het is een geweldige plek voor soloreizigers en mensen die op zoek zijn naar een rustig verblijf, dicht bij het meer en andere voorzieningen.

Worst hostel I have stayed in around the lake (out of 4). Rooms were dark and dirty, had bad air circulation, too few outlets for the number of beds, and the beds are all connected together in a metal frame with flimsy wooden boards inbetween which makes every turn or move from any guest be felt from every bed in the dorm. The breakfast is definitely not worth the price when compared to restaurants around the town. The hostel is supposed to be a party hostel, or at least the owner wants it to be, by playing

My favorite place in Guatemala ive stayed so far - the staff and guests were so welcoming and kind. I LOVED this place! Perfect location too.

Felt pretty weird to be honest. Not like awful like I guess it gets the job done. But there is no real atmosphere, no real social areas, the beds are pretty uncomfortable and they had like run out of water one night. They charge pretty much the same as other hostels near it but is all round a much worse experience. Stay somewhere else If you can, if you have to stay here don't worry it will get the job done, but not necessarily pleasantly.
