Nawal Hostel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 24hs before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Felt pretty weird to be honest. Not like awful like I guess it gets the job done. But there is no real atmosphere, no real social areas, the beds are pretty uncomfortable and they had like run out of water one night. They charge pretty much the same as other hostels near it but is all round a much worse experience. Stay somewhere else If you can, if you have to stay here don't worry it will get the job done, but not necessarily pleasantly.

Very helpful staff who helped so much when I left my phone on the bus back from Tikal. He very kindly went out on his own bike and fetched it. Great vibes. Be prepared that the walking tour is very good but not free - tip is 70qs.
