- Under-age people must bring an authorization signed by one of the parents and the copy of the document of the same parent who signed the authorization.

- Guests from extra european countries must carry a passport or a copy of it to be checked in

Cancellation Policy:We have a 72 hours prior arrival date cancellation policy, cancellation or change in a booking need to be done via e-mail. The amount charged will be your entire stay accommodation fare. Phone cancellations won't be accepted. In case of special events (such as Christmas, New Year's, Easter) the Hostel might contact you in order to request a 'down payment' or a pre-paid payment.

Heel fijn hostel. Vanaf de locatie ben je zo in de stad en het personeel is heel vriendelijk.

Front door was always open, no towels to rent. Cleanliness was not good, location was far from the center. Staff was okay, the lady was friendly. Not good value for money.

It was an Okay hostel. Close to the busstation wich was a plus as I arrived quite late. It is quite far from the city centre but the metro tickets are not that expensive and if you're a walker like I am it's a nice walk of less then an hour. I would not Not recommend it as it was okay but to say you must go, that's much said. If you go there, don't expect much.
