- cupboards, closet and more not cleaned (really stank even just by opening cupboards; found old tissues between my 2 beds; more) - fresh food got thrown out because I forgot to mark my check-out date (was one day old) but have seen thesame pizza in the box for my whole trip;why - towels were out of stock whole time, we received sheets to dry off - couldn't use pin machine And more; i know it's a hostel but there is simple, basic stuff which take little more effort; but the staff was very nice.

It was so good here, they're was great hospitality and they respected the guests, I texted them through email for late check-in, I arrived at 3 am they even gave me a private room to rest because I was exhausted, I read bad comments about the late check-in I think it's so unfair for this great hostel
