Not a positive review sadly. The location is about the only thing it had going for it at this time. It wasn't cosy, no hostel atmosphere. The clientele was mostly older guests, no social interactions at all. The 10 bed mixed dorm was below par. The bunk beds aren't comfortable, mattresses paper thin. No fleas or bed bugs though. Doesn't seem very safe there, so I slept with my backpack in my bed. Very very noisy. Facilities are absent. There is a shared toilet and showers, but very meh.

Friendly place, easy going, maybe a bit too easy. Breakfast needs a bit more attention and the place looks somewhat rundown. The music is a bit loud and the emergency light in the dorm on the first floor is too bright. May be difficult if you are a light sleeper, but I slept okay.

Als je de markten en muziek van Camden wilt verkennen, is St Christopher's Camden een goede plek om te beginnen. Dit levendige hostel ligt direct aan Camden High Street en wordt door Hostelworld-gasten geprezen vanwege de centrale ligging, het "supervriendelijke, behulpzame en sociale" personeel en de goede beveiliging. Een van onze recensenten zei dat het hostel "geweldig is voor meisjes die alleen reizen", terwijl een ander zei: "Ik had me hier niet veiliger en thuis kunnen voelen". We houden van het scherp geprijsde eten en drinken van de bar beneden.
