There has been a mix-up in the booking so that my boyfriend ended up in a 14 bedroom instead of a 8 bedroom at first. The staff is friendly though and it is overall very clean! The area to sit outside is cozy and offers a nice spot to talk to other travellers and the breakfast is a nice addition too :)

We arrived with tree people. They didn't want to put us in the same room. Then we booked a tour which was basically 5 houres in a car we never arrived to the distination. We only got 50% back. There were also some security reasons my brothers shoes were stolen and anyone could enter the building. A few people at the reception were very kind which made a huge difference. We had a good time but they clearly have some management issues.

Nice place, but a bit chaotic. It really depends who you speak to at the front desk. But we mostly had a good experience - the rooms are clean and the restaurant next door is surprisingly nice and dirt cheap. It's not in the city, so it's quite a walk to the center, but it's very convenient that it's right next to the bus station. So if you have a late arrival or early departure, it's the best place to go. It's easy to meet people in the common area, good atmosphere.
