Very social, great events with sister hostel. Our private room was lovely. Main complaints were WiFi not working and while we were there three people had clothing stolen from the wash lines. Not inherently the hostel’s fault, but they allowed access to an area that was supposed to be secure. Good value though!

Apple hostel has a nice social vibe and organizes many tours. But the location is far and requires a 15-20min taxi to go anywhere. Also the lockers were broken so I could not keep my valuables secure. The dryer was broken as well. For such a big hostel they only had one person working and there was always a wait. The horse trekking tour with them was a nice experience but felt a bit disorganized at times. The horses seemed quite tired and had just come back from another trek :(
