Barcelona's former fishing district, Barceloneta offers the city's best range of seafood restaurants. Many beach bars are in the immediate area and regular buses which stops are close to Sea Hostel Barcelona take you to the Ramblas in 10 minutes. Barceloneta Metro Station is a 10-minute walk away.

It offers bunk beds in mixed and Privare dormitories of 4, 6, 8 and 10 beds all the rooms ensuite with reading lamp, power socket and rooms have curtains that offer individual privacy.

Luggage storage is offered so you can save your luggage before you check in, once you do you must take your luggage inside of the room, which has lockers inside.

Sea Hostel Barcelona har en fantastisk beliggenhet rett ved stranden, perfekt for soltilbedere og de som ønsker enkel tilgang til havet. Mange reisende setter pris på privatlivet fra senger med gardiner og de generelt rene rommene. Noen nylige gjester har imidlertid bemerket problemer med rensligheten i dusjene og funksjonaliteten til lys og dører. Fraværet av et felles kjøkken er også et gjentakende punkt.

A good hostel right by Barceloneta beach however for what you pay, you would expect a little more efficiency from the staff, as well as politeness. When I checked in, the manager was having a full conversation with her staff the whole time, check out was very slow, no common areas particularly apart from the public opened cafe at the front. Beds are comfortable and facilities in the rooms ok otherwise. Location is great though which is handy, if you are after chill beach days.

Was good staff were helpful and friendly and the location was amazing . Beds did have curtains but room was hot at night . Overall recommend but there was really no social life at the place . Didn’t get to meet anyone and there was no planned hostel events .

Was not horrible but could use work being more clean. Location was great and on the beach. Perfect for clubbing and access to the metro. Shower situation was definitely rough and there were bugs hiding in the locks to the bathroom.
