I would never stay here again.When I checked in, they gave me a room with windows but no glass. Literal holes in the wall that are directly to the outside. It was freezing. I asked for a new room. They said the room was under construction and they had nothing available until the next day. The next day, they gave me a room where the ceiling leaked so bad,I'm shocked the plaster is still attached. They had to move me again.Wifi only works in lobby. Breakfast is meager. Great location and hot water

We were given a different room than was booked. Unfortunately the sheets were not very clean, the bathroom had a strong drainage odour and the room did not have a tv as advertised. It did not feel very secure, the balcony door was open all night and reception was often unmanned. Staff were kind and helpful though and the location was good.

The staff were extremely friendly. There’s ample space to chill out and read in common areas. The included breakfast was pitas, jam and fruit - no eggs etc. Our room didn’t lock / had no key so anyone could come and go as they pleased. It was a decent location.
