This place could use an insane update and needs better ambiance. The hostel cancelled our booking for no reason as we were boarding our flight to Cusco. We had to reach out first and were then put into a completely different room which was cold and had no tv as promised. We arrived earlier than expected (1 hour)and had to wait for someone to open the gate as nobody was in. Beds were comfy but bathrooms need to be cleaned more often- TP was piled high. Breakfast had brown bananas, unripe oranges and often stale bread. Showers were hot. Location is good.
