Our focus is to provide an environment of well-being, tranquility, renewal of strength and energy.

The house is located in the picturesque neighborhood of Santa Teresa, between the central and southern areas of Rio de Janeiro.
Built-in the second half of the 19th century in the neoclassical style, Casa das Luzes has preserved its historical features and is very well looked after.

We have a constructed area of 390 m2 distributed between 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, 4 shared bedrooms with bathrooms, as well as a double bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed. There is also a workspace, 6 bathrooms, and balconies with views.

The outdoor area has a 100,000-liter swimming pool, a gourmet area, a shared kitchen, a barbecue, 2 bathrooms, parking for 6 vehicles, a room for courses, lectures, etc., and a trail that leads to a viewpoint 150 meters high, from where you can see the South, North and Central zones.

The location is privileged. We are 15 minutes from the bus station, Santos Dumont airport, and the cruise ship port, 10 minutes from the city center and Christ the Redeemer, and 20 minutes from Copacabana and Sugarloaf Mountain.

Santa Teresa has many tourist attractions: the Selaron staircase, the Ruinas park as well as museums, viewpoints, restaurants, a cinema, cafés, craft stores, art studios, historic buildings and, of course, the famous cable car that runs over the famous Lapa arches.
