Okupa Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival. For any later cancellation, modification, early departure or no-show, total price of the reservation will be charged.

Rates for private rooms do not include the Environmental Fee, which is € 5 per room, per night for stays between April & October and €1.5 per room, per night for stays between November & March, payable at the property.
