This place has massive potential to be a great hotel/hostel. It is spacious and in a quiet, safe location. However, it is currently under much needed renovations and the new owners don't seem in a hurry. Everything is very old. Curtains have holes, pool pump is broken, kitchen needs new everything. AC gets turned off during daytime even in private room. The manager and volunteers there do try to accommodate all requests. Most likely you'll have the place to yourself.
