# Vivian's Guest House Auto Check-in Policy and Conditions

## Cancellation – Refundable Rate

* You can cancel up to **14 days before arrival** for a full refund.
* After this free cancellation period, a secure payment link will be sent via email for the total booking amount. This link will be valid for **12 hours**. If payment is not completed within this timeframe, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
* In case of a **no-show**, **100% of the total booking amount** will be charged.

## Cancellation – Non-Refundable Rate

* Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
* Payment for these reservations is processed directly through Hostelworld at the time of booking confirmation.

## Check-in and Check-out

**Check-in:** From **14:00 h**

Access is provided via codes and a lockbox system from this time onward. Guests must complete the online check-in process to receive the access instructions.

### ⚠️ Important – Online Check-in

To receive your access codes, you **must complete the online check-in before arrival**.

* We **strongly recommend completing the online check-in before 18:00 h** on your arrival day to ensure you receive your access codes on time.
* Online check-ins completed **after 20:00 h** will incur a **€5 late check-in processing fee**, as they require manual out-of-hours assistance.
* Access instructions are only sent once the online check-in has been successfully completed.

**Check-out:** Before **11:00 h**

## Payments and Taxes

* Payment for refundable reservations must be completed before arrival via a secure payment link sent by email, according to the cancellation policy.
* Non-refundable reservations are charged directly through Hostelworld.
* **Taxes:** Included.
* **Breakfast:** Not available.
