Practically located right besides a major public transport hub nearby the center of Amsterdam , you get quickly to and fro the center of town. It is not a hostel in the traditional sense, but rather a big hotel in a fairly massive office building area with hostel like facilities at lower than hotel prices. Rooms and facilities are good hostel standard and staff friendly, but the neighbourhood gives you no sense of being in Amsterdam.

Hi, we liked our stay a lot, but our sleep was disturbed on 2 out of 3 nights by a neighboring nightclub pumping out heavy bass all night. Is this a regular thing? Also, the bathroom basin was clearly blocked, it needed maintenance. The windows needed cleaning. The station area was a mess due to the rubbish not being collected then scattered by the seagulls (obviously not your fault, but these are the hotel surroundings). Loved the games area & the family atmosphere. We were a family 15-58yrs
