Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 24:00 .
Check out before 12:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit & debit cards.
This property will pre-authorize your card before arrival.

Upon arrival at Hotel Cielo you will be assisted by Reception staff, 24 hour service.
You must present the following documentation:
- Confirmation Letter
- Current identification of all guests
- Security Deposit of $500.00 pesos per room, refundable upon check out.
- Contact telephone number, email and registration signature.
Immediately afterwards, you will be given the room key and guided to it.
