the friendlies and most professional staff in any hostel I stayed in Australia. very clean, social and they have a great location.They also have a travel agency which offers discounts to guests for any tours in Australia! great way to save money if travelling up the east coast :)

This place is extremely noisy, and it’s very difficult to get a good night’s rest. Some guests were very inconsiderate of others, with people yelling in the hallway as late as 12am. There doesn’t seem to be any quiet time enforced. The bed was also very uncomfortable, and you could feel the springs through the mattress.
