Booking & Payment Policies
- Non-refundable bookings: Full payment will be charged before arrival to secure your stay.
- Pay-on-arrival bookings: The first night will be charged 24 hours before arrival, with the balance payable at check-in.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash (AMEX not accepted). A 1.9% surcharge applies to card payments.
- A valid passport is required at check-in. Please note: failure to present a passport may result in cancellation of your booking.
- A refundable $20 key deposit is collected at check-in.
- Guests must be between 18 and 35 years old to stay.
- Please note: we are unable to accept group bookings larger than 8 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, or no-shows, will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay per person.
Booking changes must be requested at least 24 hours prior to check-in and are subject to availability.
