Very nice place, staff is very kind and helpful. It's very cheap and good conditions. Location is not so great and it's next to big intersection, so it's noisy, but can get used to it. Only thing that I didn't like was the shower, completely covered with black silt from constantly standing water, as drainage is higher that the floor. Also blankets are not washed after every guest.

Lady at the front was extremely helpful getting our visas for Laos and she even made all 7 of us egg sandwiches for our travel day into Laos. Can’t recommend this place more

Such a good hostel!! Clean, quiet, and secure. The beds are cubbies so you have a lot of privacy and they’re very spacious. The woman at the front desk, Viva Grace, is amazing!! She’s incredibly kind and helpful, and assisted me with everything to take the slow boat to Laos from the hostel the next morning. She also took postcards to the post office for me and mailed them! I really appreciate her going out of her way to do that
