wonderful hostel! the owner is very responsive on whatsapp and if ypu need something he will organise it immediately (f.e. tioletpaper or a towl). the internet connection works perfectly - if u connect with the right (there are plenty, for each floor one). the owner was really helpful in planning tours, also organised the santa cruz with him and everything was just perfect. will definitely come again.

OVERCHARGED. Booked through hostel world and paid the deposit prior to arrival. the property then recharged us the deposit on check out. We showed receipts and explained however they basically wouldn’t take no for an answer. When we arrived our room we booked wasn’t available, disorganised and chaotic. Basic hostel other than that nil atmosphere. No one around at reception ever. Would avoid to save some stress!!!!

The staff was great and super helpful. The property is the right mix of close to the center and away from the noice and buzz. Great place to plan a short trip or even a longer expedition as they have an agency in the first floor where you can rent anything you need
