Do not book here. We arrived in the evening, having booked through Hostel World a couple days before, and they didn’t have our reservation, nor space to accommodate us, and weren’t apologetic. We were then walking around San Jose trying to find somewhere to stay late at night, which felt very scary, and was an incredibly stressful experience, as most places were booked out. Ended up having to stay in a dodge area. The staff didn’t seem to care whatsoever about the situation they’d put us in!
