Hostel Casa Escalante, Barrio Escalante San Josessa tarjoaa kutsuvan ilmapiirin poikkeuksellisen ystävällisellä ja avuliaalla henkilökunnalla. Vieraat arvostavat hyvää sijaintia turvallisella alueella, lähellä palveluita, ja nauttivat ilmaisesta aamiaisesta. Hostelli sopii hyvin matkailijoille, jotka etsivät rauhallista oleskelua, mukavia sänkyjä ja tilavia lukittavia kaappeja, jotka tarjoavat hyvän yksityisyyden. Safe yourself from a disappointment. I have travelled alot in my life but never felt as unsafe as we did in this hostel. The bed was not made and had stains all over together with hairs from the person before and insects crawling everywhere. No toilet paper and i would want to use this shower. We left at the same night and even though promised never got our money back. The staff was understanding why we had to leave after I explained kindly and promise we would get refunded. Never happend!

The hostel in general was very nice!! A bit quiet and not very social, but that was fine, because we only stayed for one night. There was a problem with the curfew though. The app said “no curfew”, but when we asked, they said there was a change and we had to be back at 12. After we talked to the staff again, they did their best to help us and in the end we could solve this, because they gave us a key for the door (of which there aren’t many). So in the end everything was fine! Breakfast also :)
