Just as some travelers choose hotels or resorts depending on the purpose of their trip, we believe a hostel is also a deliberate choice—for travelers who value freedom, authentic experiences, and meeting people from around the world.

Bluedot Poshtel was created from the perspective of a traveler who has stayed in hostels across many countries, with one simple goal: to create a hostel where guests can sleep well, relax comfortably, and truly enjoy their journey.

Located in the heart of Myeong-dong, everything Seoul has to offer is within walking distance. Shopping, restaurants, street food, public transportation, and major attractions are all just minutes away.

Although we are located in the center of the city, the building sits slightly away from the busiest streets, allowing guests to enjoy a much quieter atmosphere once they return after a day of exploring.

Dorms Designed for Better Sleep

Our dorm rooms are designed for one purpose: quality sleep.

Instead of placing bathrooms and showers inside the rooms, all shower facilities are located separately on Basement Level 1. This greatly reduces late-night noise, unnecessary movement, and interruptions, creating a quieter and more comfortable sleeping environment.

Each bed includes:

• 2-meter super single bed
• 20 cm premium mattress
• Privacy curtain
• Personal power outlet
• Clean bedding
• One towel provided per night

Most bunk beds are accessed by stairs rather than ladders for greater comfort and safety, although a few rooms use ladders due to room layout.

Unlike many hostels where common areas are limited in size, Bluedot Poshtel offers spacious shared facilities designed for guests to spend time comfortably throughout the day.

Basement Level 1 is the social heart of Bluedot Poshtel.

Whether you're enjoying a meal, relaxing after sightseeing, meeting fellow travelers, working remotely, or simply taking a break, our common spaces are designed to be actively used rather than simply existing in name.

One of Bluedot Poshtel's signature features is our complimentary Korean-style sauna.

After spending the day exploring Seoul on foot, guests can relax and recover in a traditional Korean sauna without leaving the property.
