EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES 🎉 Every evening at T5 Social brings a new event starting at 8pm, keeping things fresh and exciting for all our guests, travellers, and locals. Our vibrant common area is always alive with creativity – whether it's an impromptu jam session featuring our musical instruments like the piano, guitar, ukulele, accordion, or flute. For those who enjoy games, we offer over 100 board games, a ping-pong table, and regular events focused on chess, poker, and backgammon.

BAR 🍻 Our in-house bar is open every day from 9am to midnight. It’s the heart of our space – perfect for starting your morning with a coffee or ending your day with a drink while connecting with new friends.

CO-WORKING SPACE 💼 Need a quiet place to work or catch up on projects? We’ve got you covered with a dedicated co-working room available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Stay productive with fast, free Wi-Fi offering upload and download speeds of 300 Mbps. Whether you're remote working or planning your next adventure, you’ll find the perfect blend of focus and inspiration here.

BOOKING ✨ If you’re traveling solo and looking to meet others with the same adventurous spirit, this is your space. We prioritise individual travellers seeking fresh connections over groups. We operate as a solo backpacker hostel and only accept guests travelling with an international passport. Groups of three or more are not accepted, whether booked together or separately. You must be 18+ to join, and just a heads-up – we have a friendly house cat waiting to say hello. All bed bookings must be made via our official website — we do not accept bookings on arrival (walk-ins). If you arrive without a booking, you can check availability online and complete your reservation online.

DORMITORIES 🏨 Comfort and convenience: each bed is equipped with a reading light, USB port, a secure locker, and a dark curtain for your privacy. Don’t forget to bring your own padlock to keep your belongings safe. If you forget, you can purchase one at reception! Quiet hours start at 11pm, though expect a bit more energy on Friday and Saturday nights as we embrace the weekend fun.

RECEPTION 🛏️ Our reception is open daily from 9am to 11pm. Arriving late? No problem — just let us know by email in advance. Between 11pm and 9am, please ring the bell and one of our staff members will assist you with your needs. If you’re arriving very early (think 6am kind of early!), we recommend grabbing a coffee nearby or doing a little sightseeing first — check-in officially starts from 2pm, and we want to make sure your bed is properly ready and waiting for you.

IDENTIFICATION 📌 A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in (international passport required for all guests). A full name, email address, phone number, and valid credit card details are required to make a reservation.

PAYMENT 💳 Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card. Payment will be processed online. We do not accept in-house payments for accommodation, either by cash or card — any remaining balance must be paid via the secure payment link provided. The total reservation amount may be pre-authorized within 72 hours prior to arrival. If pre-authorization fails, we’ll contact you by email to update your card details, and failure to provide valid payment details within 24 hours may result in cancellation of the reservation.

CANCELLATION 🕒 A deposit is collected at the time of booking. Cancellations or amendments must be made via email at least 72 hours before arrival (by 2:00 PM GMT+2). Cancellations made within this notice period will not be charged. Failure to cancel at least 72 hours before arrival or to notify staff via email will result in a charge for the full amount of the stay.

HOSTEL UNAVAILABILITY 🛠️ In the unlikely event the hostel becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, T5 Social reserves the right to cancel the booking. Any deposits or booking fees paid will be refunded in full in such cases.

HOUSE RULES 🛠️ You’ll love it here if you believe in kindness, curiosity, and respect for others. We ask that you:

Be compassionate and open-hearted towards your fellow guests.
Respect our no external alcohol policy – our bar is open all day.
Avoid the distribution or use of illegal drugs.
Keep things peaceful after midnight.
Take care of your personal belongings.
Treat our space with the same love and care you’d give your own home.
