Great Client service

We had stayed in the accommodation at a & o laim under the booking Daev Mithran from 18th to 20th July. We had a really worse experience during our stay due to which we had to abruptly vacate our stay and move to an alternate accommodation. The room was stinking and horrible due to the fellow roommate (whom we suspect might be a homeless person). We were sleep deprived due to this experience. Our overall experience at Munich had a rough start due to booking this accommodation. I kindly request

Only thing was the mandatory online booking. Im sure they have a reason for it but not being to book a dorm bed for a bed when I see it was empty right before me was a bit confusing. The bed wasn't used for the day i wished to book it and 2 more days after that. I went online but somehow the app didn't show me the open booking. Maybe someone reserved it but it left a question mark in my head. The power plugs were only working half the time. That isn't fun when you're out the whole day.
