Understaffed and very busy- staff did their best manning both reception and food. Access to guest kitchen and laundry is extremely limited- you have to exchange your room key for access. With only a single key for the entire hostel. High party atmosphere and school groups leading to unruly and loud environment. 6 bed dorm is extremely cramped, and did not have adequant space for luggage for all guests. Towels included.
