Guest House Ga-Jyun

In an ancient traditional Japanese house with 5 rooms, Guest House Ga-Jyun welcomes our guests in one of the most famous areas in Kyoto, Higashiyama. Our guesthouse is a good starting point for your trip in the ancient imperial city. The Yasaka-jinja shrine, Heian-jingu shrine or the Nanzen-ji temple are within 10 minutes by walk. As the Higashiyama Subway Station is close to our guesthouse (5 minutes on foot), you can easily reach every touristic spots of the town.

Guest House Ga-Jyun provides both dormitory-style rooms and private rooms and they are non-smoking. A coin-laundry, free Wi-Fi, free luggage storage, and safety deposit box are also available. A free breakfast ( Both Japanese style and Western style ) are served at the dining room.

As we are an old Kyoto town house, our soundproofing is not enough. Please kindly understand it.

Accommodation charge under JPY20,000 (per person per night), the tax amount is JPY200 (per person per night).

1. Check in from 3pm to 9pm and check out before 10am.
2. Cancellation policy = 3 days
# More than 4 days before the arrival: The cancellation will be free of charge
# From 3 days to the day of the arrival or in case of "No Show" : 100% of whole reservation

**Please note** within 2 days of arrival, you should transfer the fee to our Bank account per the cancellation policy.'

3. A curfew is at 11pm. (You can enter with a passcode even after 11pm)

4. Quiet hours is between 11pm and 7am.

5. The Check-in hours are from 03:00 pm to 09:00 pm, and the front desk is open until 11:00 pm. Please note that there will be an additional charge if you arrive after 09:00 pm without prior notice.
The additional charge is 1,000 yen for every 30 minutes per person. If you don’t give us any prior notice, the booking will be cancelled.
