Periko's Youth Hostel

Nice cozy hostel, clean rooms and nice staff in good location. Would recommend.

Really nice cozy hostel. Kitchen is big and well equipped. Margarita was so friendly and helpful. We tried to organize tours with the other girl on reception but we ended up doing it ourselves. The breakfast was great, home made bread. But there was only one insufficient toaster for the whole hostel. Also the heating was on full all day even when it’s hot and sunny. Lastly the lock on our room was very stiff and hard to use, there was no other way to secure the room at night, it is not fire safe

I mostly enjoyed my stay here. A friend and I shared a private room and there was a shared bath in the hall outside of our room. The bathroom could have been cleaned more often, but as long as you wore shower shoes, you would be okay. The hostel had a good location, but it was just high on the hill, so be mindful of that. The WiFi was better in the common spaces, so I spent quite a bit of time down there. There was a good amount of indoor space and a beautiful backyard. Basic breakfast.
