For all reservations from 01.10.2025 until 01.05.2026, please call or message us an hour before your arrival (number will be shared in the confirmation email)

Reception is open from 10 am until 10 pm.

Check-in starts at 14:00 (2 PM).
Late check-in: After 23:00 (11 PM) until 01:00 (1 AM), an additional 20€ fee is charged.

Payment is in cash upon arrival. City tax is 2.65 € per person per night and is not included in the price.

𝐋𝐎𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

Our hostel is very close to the city harbor, train and bus station as well as the pick up point for the airport. Once you get off the train/ ferry/ bus, follow the main road going upwards towards the traffic light. When you cross the road at this traffic light you will see a local bus station, and behind it a small alley where we are located.
Supermarkets, bakeries, the bus station, and the ferry port are all nearby.
Hostel Split offers only private rooms (we do not offer dormitory style accommodation, due to the type of our hostel we dont have common area and we are not party hostel), we offer two apartments , which are located just a 4-minute walk from the main reception.

O Hostel Split na Croácia oferece uma localização fantástica, perto do palácio, praia e estação de autocarros. Os hóspedes elogiam frequentemente a equipa excecionalmente simpática e prestável. Os quartos e casas de banho são notados pela sua limpeza. Alguns hóspedes recentes acharam-o um pouco sossegado e não muito social, e alguns mencionaram formigas.

The major problem with this hostel was the fact that the woman in the reception recommended an excursion to krka with a company for 58 euros and, after we came back, we found out that the hostel my friend was staying in did the exact same trip for 25 euros. Basically you had to give a "deposit" of 140 kunas in case you did not show up but it turns out that the money went directly to that woman's pocket. I suggest you be very careful when booking these excursions.

As a solo female traveler, this place was great! I felt very safe with the late night security and the location is right next to the ferry port/bus station. I stayed in a private room as I had to work remotely a few days so I did not see a common space and the wifi was only sometimes reliable (had to hotspot a few times). Otherwise everything was very clean, the space was quiet, the AC was great and they also did my laundry which was perfect!

This hostel was in a perfect location to explore the main area, which is the old part of the city inside the fortress. A tour I had booked had its meeting point about a 6 minute walk from here so that was convenient. If you are taking the bus to Dubrovnik, or are coming from Dubrovnik by bus, the bus station is close as well, about a 5 minute walk. There is an atm, and grocery store right outside the hostel. Overall, if you are a tourist visiting Split, this would be a terrific option.
