Terms & Conditions (the boring stuff)
- Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged the full amount of your booking
- Check-in anytime from 14:00. Check-out before 11:30 pm
- We have a 24-hour reception so you are able to check in after midnight.
- No parking in the hostel
- No curfew
- Guess will be fined for indecent behaviour or asked to leave the hostel
- No one over the age of 45, or under the age of 17
- Non-smoking, except in designated areas
- We accept CASH (VND, USD , EURO ...) and CARD (5% fee)
- Early check-in and late check-out are not always available. (Fees apply)
- FREE DAILY BUFFET BREAKFAST 7:00 am-09:30 am

Descobre o Downtown Hostel & Rooftop Bar em Hanói, uma excelente escolha para viajantes a solo e mochileiros. Os hóspedes elogiam a equipa incrivelmente simpática e prestável, especialmente Phi, que faz de tudo para ajudar. Desfruta do fantástico e variado buffet de pequeno-almoço no terraço e da localização central imbatível na Cidade Velha. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis, oferecendo uma ótima base para explorar a cidade.

Good hostel with the basic facilities and in a very central location of old quarter. Very noisy at night as you can hear everything going on in the streets of old quarter. Not advised if you want to rest. This is announced as a social hostel but if you are travelling solo I would not advice as there not much going on during the nights. Breakfast is good with a wide variety of food and drinks. Staff is really nice and helpful! Mihn helped me a lot explaining all about the tours.

best part of the property was Phi. He did so much to help us and was a really fun guy. The hostel was in the best location in the old quarter, right next to the bia hoi, and we felt very safe. would book again
