Terms & Conditions (the boring stuff)
- Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged the full amount of your booking
- Check-in anytime from 14:00. Check-out before 11:30 pm
- We have a 24-hour reception so you are able to check in after midnight.
- No parking in the hostel
- No curfew
- Guess will be fined for indecent behaviour or asked to leave the hostel
- No one over the age of 50, or under the age of 18
- Non-smoking, except in designated areas
- We accept CASH (VND, USD , EURO ...) and CARD (5% fee)
- Early check-in and late check-out are not always available. (Fees apply)
- FREE DAILY BUFFET BREAKFAST 7:00 am-09:30 am

It’s my second time staying in Downtown Hostel, this time I was here for 3 weeks. It’s great. You get everything you need, Phi from the reception will make it possible. If you prefer less party, more quiet atmosphere that’s the place to be. Still your in the heart of the old quarter, so one step outside you’re in the Party. Come by and have a great stay! Good location for visiting the main places but the noise at night (worse on weekends) will stop you from resting. Not recommended for quiet people. After a couple of days the bathroom had a really bad smell even with fan on.
