Great spot, with a nice vibe. Nice to have a TV & AC in our private room. Only comment was that there was some sort of animal running around in the roof above…

They made me read the policies like 10 times unnecessarily, pool was very dirty and small, towels were torn (disgusting), sheets stained, AC didn’t turn on, bathroom doors- broken too. They didn’t have our breakfast “even though is was included”, we tried to buy something but they didn’t have food, I did a money transfer through my bank, the app wasn’t working, they pushed my while I was EATING to pay, I paid double as a result, I had to call 4 days straight to get hear: it wasn’t not our fault.

Shocking stay. They do not change the sheets between guests! I watched it happen 3x. They just fold the sheet back up, flip the pillow, &let someone else stay. No soap in any baño. Smelly mop water, filthy pool. While female staff are pleasant, the man who works reception is moody &rude. Polite only to domestic tourists. They let junkies nap here &leave again in the middle of the night. Flooded bathroom. Doors ALWAYS open. No refunds allowed: must pay before you see the small, stinky dorm.
