A luxury homestay in the hills of Himachal Pradesh, Prakāsá offers calm, privacy and slow living. With warm home-style meals that are wholesome, fresh and deeply satisfying, it’s a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. Our three thoughtfully designed bedrooms open into the crisp mountain air, surrounded by panoramic views of orchards, forests, and snow-capped peaks. We host only a few guests at a time to preserve the sense of calm and privacy with gentle house guidelines to keep things smooth.

Prakāsá is tucked away in a peaceful little village called Channala, just about 8 km from Manali Mall Road. We’re close to the Jagatsukh Green Tax Barrier, making it a great balance between being accessible and away from the tourist rush.

Our home is connected to the main Naggar–Jagatsukh–Manali road by a short 150-metre semi-concrete link road. Local buses pass by every 20–30 minutes, so getting to and from Manali is fairly easy if you’re exploring by public transport.

Parking is available right at the property. Smaller vehicles usually glide in without any issues. If you’re driving an SUV or a larger car, do let us know in advance—we’ll be happy to guide you down, as the approach can feel a little snug if you’re not used to mountain driving. We’re always here to help!

Guests also enjoy full access to all common areas within the property, including:
