Regenbogenfabrik Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. A 50% deposit is required.

Check-in: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Later check-in may be possible by prior arrangement.

Check-out: Until 11:00 AM.

Payment: A 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance can be paid on site in cash or by card.

Taxes: Berlin overnight accommodation tax of 7.5% of the net accommodation charge is included.

Breakfast: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are not included. Meals are normally offered only to groups of 17 or more.

Shared rooms and facilities: Beds in 4-, 6-, and 8-bed dormitories are booked individually. Exclusive use of a dormitory requires booking all beds for the relevant dates. Showers and toilets are shared and located on the floor. Guests have access to a guest kitchen and common room. Free Wi-Fi is available, although coverage may vary.

Bedding and towels: One pillow and one blanket are provided per bed. Bed linen is available for €5 per person, towels can be hired for €2 each, and an extra blanket costs €3.
