This is PodShare's newest location! The space itself is an industrial loft in the Arts District. We have a community kitchen, lounge, co-working space, two toilets, two showers, and a sleeping area. This is a co-living community - an awesome opportunity to make new friends.
The closest Metro is Little Tokyo (about two blocks away), and anything you could want to see downtown is within a mile of the location (Staples Center, Disney Music Hall, LA Live). Hollywood, Dodger Stadium, Pasadena are all a short metro or bus ride away.The Arts District is one of LA's most popular neighborhoods - restaurants, galleries, two breweries, an arcade bar, local shops, and plenty of street art.
Each custom built pod has its own flat screen television with Roku (Netflix, Hulu, Pandora), reading light, and space under the pod for luggage storage. These custom built beds are designed so you never feel the person above or below you.

locational is decent but you will need to use the metro or another form of transportation if you want to hit the west side or downtown area. full kitchen if you like to cook. laundry service but you have to ask. guests are traveller's and semi permanent meaning staying a week or longer per booking.

Really disappointing stay. Firstly this place is clearly being used as semi-permanent accomodation by some guests so it wasn’t a traveller crowd at all. That made me feel unsafe at times.
It’s also really strange not to have privacy curtains on the beds. Again this made me feel unsafe in a communal sleeping area.
The only privacy is in the toilet and shower cubicles but the doors are practically see-through. The toilet cubicles were so small that I had to turn to the side when sitting down.
