The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the whole hotel - rooms and shared spaces, including the kitchen - is really clean. The location is pretty good - about 15 minutes walk to to Port Vieux and other main destinations. It was rainy the first day we arrived and the hotel kindly lent us an umbrella for the day. Well worth the price.

We really liked staying at this hotel. It was a very nice and clean facility. It was easy to get to from the train station and was easy to get to and from by walking, metro, or tram. The stay were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
