Whike cycling the W A W , this was a wonderful place for a few days break after a weeks cycle. Michael was the host and was able to give me heaps of tips on the local area. Thanks again On the + side, the hostel is fantastically central for everything BUT on the - side, it can be too central at 01:00 with parties returning home

I was taking part in the TransAtlanticWay cycling event and booked to stay in this hostel june20. Unfortunately when I called to say I would not arrive until near midnight I got no reply. I got a message saying the phone was switched off and would not be answered. This was unhelpful. I had no way of getting into the hostel and to find another bed. Very poor customer service. Is this way to provide a service.? I would not try to book a hostel like this again.
