Property Description
Welcome to our friendly, cosy and happy 11 Hostel! It is ideally situated in a backstreet of West Street, a one minute walk away from both the busy center and the quiet beautiful Li river. You will also enjoy our rooftop terrace. Being the highest viewpoint in Yangshuo, it offers a breathtaking view of Yangshuo's mountains and riverside and provides some fresh air and quiet in the midst of the busy town center.
The common space of our hostel offers a lot of comfy seating, cooling and heating, a big flatscreen with a whole list of preprogrammed movies for enjoying a break or cosy evening on rainy days. We have many postcards, for sharing your travel stories with your friends and relatives; a foosball table and many books and games. Of course, there is a good Wifi connection and also a local computer (with Facebook access).
Our staff is always friendly and happy to be of service. Receiving mostly foreign guests, they speak English of course. They'll also be able to assist you with advice about the many places to see and the many activities to enjoy in and especially around Yangshuo. Join daily activities like swimming, cycling, hiking. Or enjoy some drinks on our rooftop to calm down after an intense day.
We have 11 rooms available - hence our name! You'll find them all to be clean and comfortable, and most having a great view of the surrounding mountains. They all have a private bathroom and air-conditioning. 24 hours hot water, of course :)
We offer many services, such as free laundry service, tour information and print service. Check out the facilities list or ask questions if something isn't clear.

The receptionist Mr Li is a friendly person but does not speak English. Furthermore he is employed by a new management and though we had confirmed booking through website, he told us that the Hostel does not recognize our booking. Nevertheless since we were already there and the rates were the same as advertised in website we booked afresh and stayed there.
That also explains why our email to the Hostel before we arrived went unanswered.
This needs to be resolved by website.

First thing , change the guy at reception. He was behaving so rudely. Put a polite girl who can help. We asked him if we can rent scooter he said not here , i said i know not here but from where . He was rude and say may be that side or other side,i dont know. He was not at all helpful and bathroom for en-suite room was so small, you have to bath at the place where you shit. We asked for double bed , they gave us twin single beds. No help at all and located inside at one corner . Ambience wasdul

We had a great stay in the 11 hostel, the staff is extremely helpful and even walks you over to places like the bike rental or busstops. The info says they rent out bikes and have laundry service, this is not true, but they know and show you where to find them in town. They have a huge movie collection in a nice loungey common room where the hostel family stays themselves as well. So don't pick a scary move and their son will watch some movies with you 😉 We had an absolute fantastic stay here!!
