Located just a few steps from Venice-Mestre railway station (Mestre = Venice Mainland), in a central area with easy, immediate access to all services (stores, restaurants, ...), it enjoys a strategic position to reach Venice Islands (10 minutes by train/bus), Padova (20 minutes by train, 40 minutes by bus) and Treviso (20 minutes by bus).

Guest are not allowed to enter with Pets and Alcohol and to smoke inside the property.

Our single and double rooms are nicely refurnished and very comfortable, being suitable also for long stays.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed. It is free of charge from Saturday at 08:00 p.m to Monday at 08:00 am and everyday from at 01:00 pm to at 03:00 pm) and charges are applicable.

Located well in Mestre, has a room with AC and access to a bathroom and fridge, my stay here was unfortunately not worth the price. With last minute changes to the payment accepted, I encurred more charges than anticipated to get cash, I was unable to get in contact with the host before check-in making the process stressful and confusing, other guests using the shared bathroom had poor manners, and the atmosphere felt generally unsafe for a solo female traveler because of the abundance of men.

Leider sehr dreckig. Privates Bad wurde gar nicht geputzt. Benutztes Handtuch, Seife und Haare waren im Bad. Nachts sehr laut. Das Zimmer schmutzig.
