Located just a few steps from Venice-Mestre railway station (Mestre = Venice Mainland), in a central area with easy, immediate access to all services (stores, restaurants, ...), it enjoys a strategic position to reach Venice Islands (10 minutes by train/bus), Padova (20 minutes by train, 40 minutes by bus) and Treviso (20 minutes by bus).

Guest are not allowed to enter with Pets and Alcohol and to smoke inside the property.

Our single and double rooms are nicely refurnished and very comfortable, being suitable also for long stays.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed. It is free of charge from Saturday at 08:00 p.m to Monday at 08:00 am and everyday from at 01:00 pm to at 03:00 pm) and charges are applicable.

The host was very accommodating, as we had to check in a day later due to train cancellations. Room and bathroom were clean. Very nice with AC in the hot summer. Close to the Mestre train station, so getting into Venice st. Lucia was quick and easy.
