We only clean rooms after a check out unless your a 7 day stay. then we provide a one time full service clean of your booked unit. if you need to exchange towels for fresh ones, you may do so at the Reception Desk for a fee of $5 BZD
Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Location is good, room is fine, has everything you need for what you pay. Staff are ok, friendly enough but a little lazy, I was told if I wasn’t back by 7pm to check in then I’d have to sleep on the street. There is meant to be a security guard but I’m not sure as there were drunk locals in the property most nights. It’s a budget room so it’s ok for what you pay but there’s definitely better spots on the island to stay.

Clean room and friendly staff. However biggest downfall was AC was broken so temporary AC unit in room - the aircon ducting was sticking out the window, held in place with styrofoam. There was multiple gaps for mosquitos. The bathroom also had terrible sewerage smell that was unbearable. Our friends got another room and had non of these issues

The property in general is not well kept. My room needed to be painted. The hot water knob in my shower did not turn. No hot water. The towels we very skimpy and could hardly dry me after a shower. They had lots of rain and the dampness seemed to be in my room. Probably could use a dehumidifier. The place felt depressing. These units are individually owned, maybe that why the vibe was off. You have to pay to fill your water bottle! They are charging me 25. 00 USD for lost room key.
