When we come to the hostel to check in it was no one there and we called them about 20 times and they didn’t answer, we had to wait for 45 minutes to get an answer. The bathrooms were really dirty and smelled bad. The bedsheets were gross and the people in the room talked loud on their phones in the middle of the night and turned on the lights. It was no security, anyone could walk in and out and you could never tell who lived there or not.

Rats and roaches running around the room from dusk till dawn, approached the staff to inform them about the situation but their response was: ' All the other rooms are the same.'
