We would like to make a complaint about our booked hostel called Campbell Inn in Singapore. The hostel was not looking anything like the photos posted on hostelworld. There were beds on the floor, the bedsheets were questionable and the airconditioning was not working. Besides the room not being what was promised, the bathroom was so gross we were afraid to even use the toilets. The hostel was definitely better than what i expected based on the previous comments. It had comfy beds , lockers, curtains and the room itself was A/ced abd clean. I didn't like that men were using the female bathroom, though. Not many options to sit around, as in common area. The girl at the reception was super nice and friendly, very helpful sje is 5 stars. She let me wait in the hostel, as my bus was departing quite late. It is ok for 1-2 nights.
