In one sentence, "A perfect place to stay in.". I loved the services and staffs who are so friendly. So, if you are planning on your trip to Nepal, please check into this hotel and find out about all the great services this hostel has to offer.They had hot water which we found was not common in Nepal.I had a very nice stay there ! Staff is great always smiling very very friendly , spot on service.. I will stay here again if I come back to Kathmandu.

Awful. Noise pollution around the hotel is abysmal. I couldn’t sleep until 7am + 8am on both non my first night due to noise, then 8am my second night. The bedroom door to the private room I stayed in has a large gap beneath which lets sound in, & also cockroaches. I booked the private room, but in fact I shared the room with cockroaches. The lock on the bedroom door is terribly awkward & I spent multiple minutes trying to open & close it every time I left/ entered the place. Incredibly annoying

We felt very welcome here, staff was helpful. The hotel is great value for money, especially with its location in central Thamel. The breakfast on the rooftop was our favourite part!
