There were problems with the facility. The plug-sockets at the room didn't work. There was no hot water to take a shower. And the quality of the tap water is poor. I suggest not to use is unless it is very necessary. However staff was very friendly and helpful. They have been trying to solve our problems although they failed most of the time. After 2 nights we changed our hostel.

This is by far the best place I’ve stayed in Nepal so far! The room was nice, clean and everything worked well, but what made it was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to try and help; booking buses for me, giving me directions and general advice etc. They also have a lovely rooftop terrace which is a great area to chill out. I will definitely be back, thanks for your hospitality guys 😁
