Overall a good hostel! Nice common areas, dorms and toilets were properly cleaned. The fridge smelled and probably had some old stuff in it. Good location with an easy walk to most things

I had a very bad experience at this hostel. I went to my bed at night and I realised they hadn’t changed the bedsheets, there were hairs, nasty stains and breadcrumbs. I communicated this when the reception opened next morning and asked for a refund of that night and the following night since I didn’t want to stay there anymore, I was disgusted. They admitted that they did not clean the bed “by mistake” but still refused to give me a refund because they said that’s against their policy.
